1、拆装时应特别注意水箱芯管磕碰变形破损而漏水。安装位置要符合原厂要求，使之与风扇叶片之间保持一定距离，避免在运行中相碰。
When disassembling and assembling, pay special attention to water leakage caused by collision. The installation location must comply with the original factory requirements to keep a certain distance between radiator core and the fan blades to avoid collisions during operation.
2、使用中注意检查水箱芯子的正面是否有污物堵塞，必要时清理并清洗干净，以免影响散热性能及避免运行中碰刮芯管。
Please pay attention to check whether there is any dirt on the front of the radiator core during use, clean it if necessary, so as not to affect the heat dissipation performance and avoid scratching the core tube during operation.
3、注意检查和保证皮带轮和锥套的锥面配合精度。皮带轮锥孔与锥套的锥度应一致，将锥套用拇指压入锥孔后，要求锥套小端低于皮带轮锥孔端面2~3mm；而且锥面接触良好。
Make sure to check and ensure the the matching accuracy of the pulley and the taper sleeve. The taper of the pulley hole and the sleeve should be the same. After pressing the sleeve into the hole with your thumb, the small end is required to be 2~3mm lower than the pulley hole surface; and the cone surface is in good contact.
4、检查皮带轮在轴端紧固螺母拧紧后是否被真正压紧，必要时予以调整。
Please check that the pulley is really compressed after tightening nut at the shaft end, and adjust it if necessary.
5、泵轴轴端螺母应特别拧紧，紧固力矩应符合技术规范要求。
Please specially tighten the pump shaft end nut , and the tightening torque should meet the technical specifications.
6、使用中应经常检查和维护，水箱支脚螺母松动应及时拧紧。风扇叶片裂损变形应及时修复或更换新件。发动机支脚螺母栓松动而整机前移时，应予以修复。
Please check and maintain frequently during use, and theradiator foot nut should be tightened in time if it is loose. The cracked and deformed fan blades should be repaired or replaced with new ones in time. When the engine foot nut is loose and the whole machine moves forward, it should be repaired.
